  • Either click [Add] or press <F6> to create a new appointment or highlight an existing appointment and click [Edit] or press <F5>.
  • Move the cursor to the "Type" field and press <Ctrl+F1> to bring up the Appointment Type Search window.
    • To edit an existing code click [Search] and [Edit] on the code to amend.
  • Enter a three character code in the "Appointment Type" field.
  • Enter a suitable "Description".
