How do I review hold records?

This article explains how you can review held documents by account or as an overview.

Document held records are stored against the customer/supplier and document. They can be created, amended e.g. to change the expiry date or amount on hold and article and removed.

View Per Account

When in a customer or supplier account you may either press <Shift+F2> to view hold records or press {{KeyPressS-F6}] for a debt breakdown which will also show the total amount on hold.

View All Records

Go to " Reports & Settings Maintenance Options Add or Edit Document Holds".

  • Click [Advanced] and select the "Ledger".
  • Set any other ranges if required e.g. choose a specific customer or supplier.
  • Click [List] to see all hold records
  • You may export the list to file if you wish to review it externally by pressing <Ctrl+P> and choosing [Excel] or [CSV].
