S05 - Tax Band (Payroll Report Generator variable)

Syntax
S05{C/H, 1-10, U/L, U/S/C}
Description
There are a possible 10 tax bands (these may not all be in use).
Parameters
- C/H
- A text parameter that can be omitted (it defaults to "C").
- C
- Current (the value currently in effect).
- H
- Historic (the value as at the time of the historic transaction). This will only be applicable if you have based a report on the 'H' variables.
- 1-10
- A numeric parameter that can be omitted (it defaults to "1").
- The Tax band.
- U/L
- A text parameter that can be omitted (it defaults to "U").
- U
- Upper limit of the band.
- L
- Lower limit of the band.
- U/S/C
- A text parameter that can be omitted (it defaults to "U").
- U
- Uses values applicable to the UK except Scotland and Wales.
- S
- Uses values applicable to Scottish tax codes.
- C
- Uses values applicable to Welsh tax codes.
Returns
A numeric value whose typical size is 6 digits plus 2 decimal places.
