ATTENDED - Get the time spent on an activity (Reports & Settings Report Generator function)

Syntax

$ATTENDED{a-type, a-ref, t-type, t-ref, t-ref-len, st, en}

Description

Calculates the amount of time spent on an activity using the given filters.


Parameters

a-type
A text parameter that can be omitted (it defaults to " ").
The type of employee that would perform this task. It must be one of the following:
PE
Personnel Planning Employee
WT
Workshop Technician
a-ref
A text parameter that can be omitted (it defaults to " ").
The specific employee/technician you want to search the activity of. You can leave this blank to include all employees.
t-type
A text parameter that can be omitted (it defaults to " ").
The type of task performed you want to query the length of time spent on. You can leave this blank to include all types.
t-ref
A text parameter that can be omitted (it defaults to " ").
The specific task performed you want to query the length of time spent on. You can leave this blank to include all tasks of the chosen type.
t-ref-len
A numeric parameter that can be omitted (it defaults to "0").
The length of the time reference parameter, up to which, must be matched. Set to zeroes to use the entire length.
st
A text or numeric parameter that can be omitted (it defaults to "0").
The date, from which, you want to find the amount of time spent by an employee on a task. This must be in the format CCYYMMDD. Set to zeroes to include all dates.
en
A text or numeric parameter that can be omitted (it defaults to "0").
The date, to which, you want to find the amount of time spent by an employee on a task. This must be in the format CCYYMMDD. Set to zeroes to include all dates.

Returns

A numeric value. The amount of time spent on this activity, in hours.
