Description
Certain expenses, such as "write down" and finance commission are posted automatically by the system (depending in some cases on system parameter settings). This flag distinguishes such postings from those which require more active user intervention. Most details of an internal posting may not be edited once posted to file.

Returns
A text value whose typical size is 1 character.

- No, this expense is not "internal".
