Description
When Employee Attachment Orders are used separate transactions are posted per period for each Order.
These transactions have Transaction Type O and for these, this variable returns the change to the P.E. Protected Earnings amount carried forward.
The O and Y variables hold current details of the Order and Agency involved

A numeric value whose typical size is 6 digits plus 2 decimal places.
