First, in order to run these reports, you will need to be on the latest version of Platinum.

Go to " Stock Control Stock Reports Key Performance Reporting".

• Here you will find reports for stock groups. These reports will ask for a particular stock group and then output the information into a spreadsheet and produce a graph.

• As the reports output to a spreadsheet and produce graphs it is important that you have a program on that machine that can handle '.xls' files.

Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Spreadsheet, Open Office...

When first importing into the spreadsheet there might be a warning informing you that the security does not allow the process to continue. If this happens you will need to click on " Tools Macros Security" and enable Medium settings to be prompted each time you run the report.
