How do I Know if a Customer has a Balance on their Account?

Summary

This article explains how you can enable Platinum to display an information box for the customer in question once you have chosen their account code in any invoicing programme.

More Information

Go to " Reports & Settings Maintenance Options System Administrator Platinum Settings" and search for 'account info'.

  • At "Display account information", make sure this is set to 'Yes'.

When you choose an account in an invoicing programme, you will see a window that includes the following information:

  • Credit Limit
  • Balance
  • Outstanding Deposits
The system will not show this box on your Cash Accounts, for your convenience.
