Summary

The following article explains how to print labels for your parts if you did not do this when receiving the items into stock, or if you simply want extra labels.

More Information

Go into " Stock Control Stock Labels Print Labels".

  • Press <F1> until you find the label you want and press <Enter>.
  • Enter the Stock code of the parts you require and press <Enter>.
You can use "wild cards" in the stock code here. If you want to print labels for a range of items that have the same start to a part number (e.g. helmets in different sizes), type in the common characters of part number and then type an '*' after this with no space. This saves you having to list every single item in the range.
  • Enter the number of labels required.
If you leave the number of labels at '1' and press <Shift+F5>, the system will print the same number of labels as your stock quantity automatically. This is good for replacing faded, lost or damaged labels.
  • Repeat the steps above until all the stock for which you require labels and the quantities are listed and then press <F5> to print.
