Summary

The CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) / SRM (Supplier Relationship Manager) displays all customer or supplier activity for a given range of time (1, 3, 5, 7 years or all time).

More Information

CRM allows you see all activity in a time period for a Customer or Supplier without having to move from one area of Platinum to another. For most views the [Details] button will allow more in depth details of the current activity to be displayed.

If the account is in an account 'Group' then the [Group] button can be used to show information from all the associated accounts.

Usage

From anywhere in Platinum that has an attached Customer or Supplier <Alt+Y> can be used to call up the Relationship Manager showing the following information.

  • Platinum will use the "current" account (or prospect) and show you information relating to that customer, prospect or supplier.
  • Group associated accounts together to view combined information by setting the 'Account group' to the same value across all the associated customers or suppliers and use the [Group] button to combine the activity from the grouped accounts.
