How do I make my Retention Centre letters show my site address?

Summary

Your site address will print on your Retention Centre letters. It will use either a specific file which is stored within the Platinum data folder or the address details entered for each site within Reports & Settings.

More Information

The majority of sites will be using a data file for the company address. Alternatively you can check the Site Address in the Site Details.

  • Go to " Reports & Settings Maintenance Options System Administrator Add or Edit Sites".
  • Press <F1> to scroll through your sites.
  • If the address is incorrect you may edit it here. If it is blank, do not edit this as you may be using a data file for your document formats.
