More Information

Units: Unit is a general term used to cover all types of vehicle and machinery, including items such as motorcycles, scooters, cars, trucks, vans, caravans, motorhomes, boats, tractors, ATVs, agricultural equipment, wholegoods and construction equipment.

The Platinum system standard configuration is automatically to print a report that lists all the active workshop advisories on the unit in question. This is done both after a Jobcard is printed and after an invoice is printed. This article explains how to turn off these features if they are not required.

When Printing a Jobcard

Go to " Reports & Settings Maintenance Options System Administrator Platinum Settings" and search for 'advisories'.

  • Change "Report after jobcard" from 'Yes' to 'No'.

When Printing an Invoice

Go to " Reports & Settings Maintenance Options System Administrator Platinum Settings" and search for 'advisories'.

  • Change "Report after invoice" from 'Yes' to 'No'.
