How do I warn about duplicate items on workshop jobcards?

When booking items to a jobcard, you may wish the system to warn you if the item has already been listed on the job.

To activate the feature, go to " Reports & Settings Maintenance Options System Administrator Platinum Settings".

• At "Search on", enter 'Duplicate'.
• Click [Search].
• Select "Duplicate item check" and click [Edit].
• Choose 'System'.
• Enter '~DI'.
• Click [OK].

If the report can't be found, please update your Platinum system to add this feature to your system.

• Click [Done] and [Accept].

The item checker will ignore labour items by default. The checker can be tailored to ignore specific items or categories. Please Contact your Platinum dealer or our support team on 0116 230 1500 or by using our website support contact page for assistance with this as changes may be chargeable.
