It is possible to link your Platinum unit stock to your website as well as many other online advertisers and upload sales advertising text.

To add sales text to your units, go to " Unit Sales Add or Edit Units".
- Search for the unit to which you wish to add sales text and click [Edit] or press <F5>.
- Click on the [Sale] tab.
- Click [Edit] next to the "Text" field in the "Sales description" box.
- In the "Text" field, you can enter all the important sales information about the unit which can be uploaded to your website.
- This field should not contain any HTML as the websites the units are listed on will not display this correctly.
- Writing text in this field over sequential lines will output the text as a single paragraph to the website, whether or not you press <Enter> at the end of the line. If you want to have your text appear on separate lines on the website it is important to leave a blank line between text in the "Text" field.
Uploading to other sites
- If you are uploading units to Auto Trader, there is a restriction in place set by Auto Trader of 4000 characters. Any text that you enter into this field after this will not be included in your advert. All other websites your units are advertised on will include the full sales text.
Other fields
"Heading" - This is used only for eBay Motors Pro listings as the main title or heading for the unit and can be up to 80 characters. There is a character count shown to the right of the field.
"Subheading" - This is used for both eBay Motors Pro and Auto Trader listings. As with the "Heading", there is a character count shown to the right of the field.
- For eBay Motors Pro, this is the subtitle or sub-heading for the unit. This is a maximum of 55 characters.
- For Auto Trader, this is the unit's attention grabber. This is a maximum of 30 characters.
