Description
The user name of the User logged into the system when the record has its status changed. Ie. when the record was deleted.
Parameters
- N/D
- A text parameter that can be omitted (it defaults to "N").

- Return the short eight character user name.
- D
- Return the long 30 character user description.
Returns
A text value whose typical size is 8 characters.
