When a transaction has been included on daybook and that daybook has been accepted each transaction knows that it doesn't have to be included again.
Parameters
None.
Returns
A text value whose typical size is 1 character.

- No, yet to be printed on a daybook.

- Yes, Already been printed on a daybook.
