VE87 - Technical colour description and unit dimensions (Unit Sales Data Import variable)

Syntax

VE87{C/L/W}

Description

A string of text giving either the unit's technical colour description or the units in which the unit's dimensions are measured, depending on the parameters below.

The unit technical colour description only really applies if you are specifying technical colour codes which do not already exist on your files; or you wish to change the description of technical colours you do have on file.

Parameters

C/L/W

A text parameter that can be omitted (it defaults to "C").

C

Technical Colour Description.

L

Length Unit, e.g. "Metres".

W

Weight Unit, e.g. "Kilograms".

Value

A text value whose typical size is 30 characters.
