More Information

Units: Unit is a general term used to cover all types of vehicle and machinery, including items such as motorcycles, scooters, cars, trucks, vans, caravans, motorhomes, boats, tractors, ATVs, agricultural equipment, wholegoods and construction equipment.

You may have noticed that the active Unit Sales Orders in your list on the " Unit Sales Unit Sales Documents" Screen are colour coded.

  • Green = An Un-authorised Order
  • Purple = An Authorised Order
  • Yellow = A Quotation
  • Red = A Locked Order (i.e. One that is in Use)
If there is and order highlighted in Red i.e. it is locked as the system thinks someone is in the order, yet on checking you find there is nobody actually using it you may need to clear some locked users out of the system.
