Where are the mandatory fields For V55's stored in Platinum?

Go to " Unit Sales Add or Edit Units". You will need to be in the vehicle that requires a change, unless stated otherwise.

Mandatory Fields

The following fields MUST be completed for the V55 Form to be valid.

SORT CODE

(Box S (Letter) on V55/1 08/09 form)

Go into "Body Type" field and press <Shift+F10>.
Click on the [Settings] tab and enter the "Sort Code".

TYPE OF FUEL

(Box 29 (LEFT) on V55/1 08/09 form)

Go into "Fuel Type" field and press <Shift+F10>.
Enter the code for Fuel type or <Ctrl+F1> to search.
Click on [Details] tab and add a description in the "Description" field of one does not appear.

FUEL CATEGORY

(Box 29 (RIGHT) on V55/1 08/09 form)

From a filled in "Fuel Type" field, press <Shift+F10>.
Click on [Settings] tab and enter the required category in the "DVLA Code" field.

MAKE, MANUFACTURER, DVLA MAKE

MCRIS Make Code

Go Into "Manufacturer" field.
From a filled in Manufacturer, press <Shift+F10> or or <Ctrl+F1> to search.
Click on the [Settings] tab. Look in the "V55 Support" Section and enter the Make code in the "MCRIS Make" Field.

Manufacturer Description

Go into the "Manufacturer" field.
From a filled in Manufacturer, press <Shift+F10> or <Ctrl+F1> to search, then enter a Description.

DVLA Make Code

Go into a filled in "Manufacturer" field.
Press <Shift+F10>.
Click on [Settings] tab and in the "V55 Support" section, enter the required category in the "DVLA Code" field.
