Why are my unit models not appearing when I search?

Units: Unit is a general term used to cover all types of vehicle and machinery, including items such as motorcycles, scooters, cars, trucks, vans, caravans, motorhomes, boats, tractors, ATVs, agricultural equipment, wholegoods and construction equipment.

When pressing the search button <Ctrl+F1> on the unit "Stock Number", Platinum searches all units, if some of your units are not appearing you will need to follow the steps below:

Go into any unit "Stock Number" on your system.

• From the "Model" field, press <Ctrl+F1>.
• Click the [Advanced] button.
• Change the "Catalyst Approved" option to 'All'.

Once accepted the system will remember this selection and all units will appear again in the searches.
