Why is my report not working on Platinum Online?

This article explains how to resolve the "Your Platinum system is taking too long to process that report" message appearing in Platinum Online.

Platinum Online makes your reports available anywhere you have a smart phone with an internet connection. A report must adhere to the following criteria to appear and work on Platinum Online:

  • It must be a Report Generator report.
  • It must be added to a custom menu in Platinum to which you have access.
  • It must complete within one minute.
  • It must not require Definable Literals to set data ranges.

If you have a report that typically takes longer than one minute to produce then you may be able to speed it up by reducing the range of data on which it is based.
