Z06 - Centre Turnover (Reports & Settings Report Generator variable)

Syntax

Z06{0/1-12/D1-D16, F/T}

Description

When transactions are posted though to the " Nominal Ledger" the nett amounts are totalled and stored on the centre file for a breakdown at a later date. This is that monthly breakdown.

Z06{D13} Would return the centre turnover for the current month. (D13 = User Date.)

Parameters

0/1-12/D1-D16

A text or numeric parameter that can be omitted (it defaults to "0").

0

Total of all months.

1-12

Total of a specific month (1 = Jan, 12 = Dec).

D1-D16

Alternatively you may supply a standard date range. However, only the month is significant; the year and day are ignored.

F/T

A text parameter that can be omitted.

F

Only use the "From" field in the date given in the D?? parameter.

T

Only use the "To" field in the date given in the D?? parameter.

Returns

A numeric value whose typical size is 6 digits plus 2 decimal places.
