Summary
You can if you wish, view at any time the balance of a Nominal Centre. The value shown will be as at the login date on Platinum.
More Information
Go to "Accounts" -> "Nominal Ledger" -> "Nominal Centre Preview".
- In the "Nominal Centre:", enter the centre you wish to view the balance on; e.g. 'Z900' and press <Enter>.
- There may be a short time while the system gathers data before a result is displayed.
- For a breakdown of the result, press <Shift+F2>.
- To print the breakdown displayed, press <Shift+F2>.
