Summary
This article explains how to send MOT reminders to your customers.
Details
Go to " Vehicle Sales Vehicle Mailshots".
- You will see a list of Standard Vehicle mailshots.
- Select " Vehicle MOT Reminder" or " Vehicle MOT Reminder+Label" if you need address labels for the Mailshot letters.
- Click [Start].
- Enter the Name of the Service Manager (Or the person who will be signing the letters).
- Enter the From and To dates for the MOT reminders you want.
- Click [Start].
