Summary

The following article explains how to create/amend a code for a new job status to allow you to allocate this to a Logistics Ticket.

More Information

Go to " Logistics Management Management Maintenance Options Add or Edit Ticket Statuses".

  • Click [Add].
  • In the "Ticket Status" field, enter a Status code and press <Enter>, for example, COM.
  • Enter a description for the status in the "Description" field and press <Enter>, for example, Completed.
  • Press <Esc> or click [Done] and click [Accept].
