Summary
Your telephone and fax numbers plus other information can be very easily entered on your invoices and other out going documents. If you reorganise the company address in the system to allow for extra lines.

Go to " Reports & Settings Maintenance Options System Parameters".
- This will take you to the main system parameters screen for platinum. At the top of which there is a section that looks like this:
Company Address : 58 Loughborough Road
: Mountsorrel
: Loughborough
: Leicestershire
: LE12 7AT
 | Do not change any of the other parameters on this first screen unless instructed to by a Catalyst representative as it can adversely affect your Platinum system. |
