Summary
This article explains how to add internal notes to a jobcard that you may not the want your customer to see.
More Information
There may be instances whereby you would want to write notes on a workshop job that would not be seen by the customer (i.e. printed anywhere on their jobcard\estimate\invoice) but are internal notes that the technician\workshop manager would need to know.
The customer may not want anyone to ride\drive their vehicle for some reason. |
- Go to " Systems Workshop Workshop Diary".
- Select the job that you wish to add the notes to.
- Click on the [Notes] tab and enter the text you wish to add.
- Finally press <Esc> and click [Accept] to save the details.
