There may be instances whereby you would want to write notes on a workshop job that would not be seen by the customer (i.e. printed anywhere on their jobcard\estimate\invoice) but are internal notes that the technician\workshop manager would need to know.

If you want to write some internal information against a job, use the following procedure:

  • Go to " Systems Workshop Management Workshop Diary".
  • Select the job to which you want to add the notes.
  • Click on the [Notes] tab and enter the text you wish to add.
  • Press <Esc> and click [Accept] to save the details.
