Summary
This article explains how to add notes that will not been seen by the customer to a job.
More Information
If you want to write some internal information against a job, use the following procedure:
- Go to " Systems Workshop Management Workshop Diary".
- Select the job to which you want to add the notes.
- Click on the [Notes] tab and enter the text you wish to add.
- Press <Esc> and click [Accept] to save the details.
