Summary

This article explains how to copy account pricing information from one account to another.

More Information

You can copy all the pricing information from one customer or you can be more selective e.g. copy their discount for a specific Stock Group.

Go to " Stock Control Maintenance Options Account Pricing Information".

If you have not already used this option you will be shown the [Account Price Properties] screen. To set up Account Pricing, follow these instructions How do I Set Account Pricing for a Customer?.

Copying all Account Pricing from one Customer to another

  • At the "Account" field press <F7>.
  • Enter the Customer Account from which you want to copy the pricing structure.
    You may search for a customer using <Ctrl+F1>.
  • Enter the Customer Account to which you want to copy prices.
  • Click [Copy] and choose [Yes] to confirm you want to proceed.

Copying Account Pricing for a Stock Group

  • At the "Account" field, select [Code Prices] from the drop down menu.
  • Enter the Customer Account from which you want to copy the pricing structure.
    You may search for a customer using <Ctrl+F1>.
  • At the "Stock" field, select [Group Prices] from the drop down menu.
  • Enter the Stock Group from which you want to copy the pricing structure.
    You may search for a group using <Ctrl+F1>.
  • Click [Search].
  • Click [Copy].
  • In the "Account" field, enter the Customer Account to which you want to copy prices.
  • Click [Done] and choose [Accept] to confirm you want to proceed.
