Summary

This article explains how to view the jobs a driver is already booked to around the date of this new job.

More Information

Go into " Logistics Management Job Planning".

  • Create or edit a logistics job.
  • When on the "Driver :" field press <F5> to bring up the Planning Overview screen. This screen will show all your current drivers and the number of jobs they have been booked to on the day before, day of and day after the date of this new job.
  • Use the <Up Arrow> or <Down Arrow> keys to move the cursor to the driver you are interested in.
  • Press <F5> to view the Daily Activity screen where you can see the details of the jobs for the specified driver over the three days.
  • Press <Enter> or <F2> to assign the driver to the job.
