More Information

Go to " Reports & Settings Maintenance Options System Administrator Module Settings Unit Sales Vehicle Statuses".

  • Click [Add] or press <F6> to create a new status.
  • In the "Vehicle status" field, enter the new status code. This can be anything up to 3 characters long.
  • In the "Description" field, enter a suitable description for this status.
  • To set the text colour for this status, tick the box next to "Text" and use the drop down to choose a suitable colour.
  • To set the background colour for this status, tick the box next to "Background" and use the drop down to choose a suitable colour.
  • If you want vehicles with this status to be included in your upload to the web, click the [Settings] tab and set "Upload details" to 'Yes'.
  • If vehicles with this status are to be considered 'In Stock' and should be included in your vehicle stock value, set "In Stock" to 'Yes'.
  • Click [Done] and [Accept] to save the new status.
