Summary
The following article outlines how to run a Productivity Report.
More Information
This report will tell you about any labour booked to a job in the period you specify, whether it has been invoiced or not.
How to run the report
Go into " Workshop Job Reports Productivity Report".
- This will show a screen with a number of filters for the report. As standard, the report is set run on the default stock depot and will display on screen (see "Screen or Printer : S (S/P)" option). The other filters are as follows:
- "Labour Rate Breakdown : N (Y/N) (Printer Only)" - This option allows you to see a breakdown of labour per job. (This Breakdown will only work when the report is printed).
- "Labour Codes From & To:" - This filter allows you to run the report for a range of employees or if the same labour code is filled in on the "From:" and "To:" fields, it will run for the single employee selected.
- "Date From & To:" - This filter allows you to run the report for a range of dates.
- "Job Numbers From & To:" - This filter is for if you specifically need a range of jobs.
Fill in only those fields that you need to get the information that you want.
Press <F2> or click the [Traffic Lights] to run the report.
