Summary
This article explains how to set up a vehicle as a courtesy or loan vehicle.
More Information
You will need to find the vehicle that you want to use as a courtesy or loan vehicle, or create a new vehicle in the usual way (see this article for detailed help on this.)
- Go to " Unit Sales Add or Edit Units".
- Search for the vehicle or click [Add] on the right hand side of the screen.
- Once you have found or created the vehicle, change the "Status" Field to 'COU'.
- Finally press <Esc> and click [Accept] to save the details.
If the 'COU' status does not exist you can create it by following this article. |
