Then the most common solution is to check the "Default Print Device" setting of the relevant "Print Record".
Method
- Press <Alt+P> while inside any platinum program.
- Press <Ctrl+F1> to open the " Printer Record Search" window.
- Press [Search] then select the print record not displaying (£) properly from the list and press [Edit] or press <F5>.
- On the " Print Record Properties" window, select the [Device] tab.
- If the "Default Print Device" does not begin with a three letter code followed by a colon (e.g. 'WIN:' or 'WND:') then you may find that inserting 'DOS:' (without the quotes) in front of the current "Print Device" entry will solve your Pound sign printing woes.
