Summary

This article explains how to find out how many customers are recorded on your system. This method will include any internal or warranty accounts.

More Information

Go to " Reports & Settings Document History View History" or anywhere from which you can get to a blank customer account code field.

  • Press <Ctrl+F1> or click the "Magnifying Glass" Icon. Icons-012.png
  • On the "Search on" field, press <Enter>.
  • You will see a count at the bottom left of this window that says "XX Items found". This will count up and when it stops this is the number of customer accounts you have on your system.
