More Information
The information shown below works equally for both customers and suppliers. In the example used, how to print a range of customer labels will be shown. |
- Go to " Sales Ledger Customer File Maintenance".
- Select [Alter Range of Reports].
- You will see a list of filters to select the range you wish to print.
- "From customer:" and "To customer:"
- "Balance from:" and "Balance To:"
- "Turnover from:" and "Turnover To:"
- "Credit limit from:" and "credit limit To"
- "Discount type:" where you can choose "Both", "Settlement" or "Blanket"
- "Discount from:" and "Discount To"
- "Group from:" and "Group to:"
- "Reference from:" and "Reference to:"
- Enter in relevant search criteria in any of the above filters and then click [Close].
- If any pair of these fields are left blank or as '0.00', the system will exclude this filter.
- Now select [Print Customer Labels].
- If doesn't print off, Shift+F2 will start to print of the range set in the filters.
This will produce you the labels defined by the filter criteria chosen above. |
