Summary

This article explains how to change which printer a particular part of Platinum prints to for a particular pc. This can be quite useful if you wish to send, for example your invoices to a different printer for a while as the usual one has ran out of toner.

More Information

  • Press <Alt+P> from anywhere within Platinum to open the "Print Record Override" window.
  • Enter the correct print record number for the required printer.
  • Click the [Device] tab.
  • Click [Add].
  • Click the [This Terminal] button.
  • Click the [...] Button (the button with 3 dots on it).
  • This will bring up your list of printers.
  • Select the printer you wish to print to.
  • Click [Print].
  • Click [OK].
  • Click [Done].
  • Finally press <Esc> and click [Accept] or click [Done] to save the details.
