Summary

The following article explains how to fill in a Prospects details from an existing Sales Account.

More Information

Go to " Sales Prospecting Add or Edit Prospects".

  • Click [New] to create a new prospect.
  • Click on the "Sales Account" tab.
  • Type in the customer's account code if known, or search for a customer.
  • Press <F2> to auto fill the prospect with the sales account details.
  • Click back on the "Details" tab and make any amendments you may require.
  • Click [Done] followed by [Accept] to save the prospect details.
Once a link between prospect and sales account has been established then any changes in the sales account will be reflected on the prospect and if any changes are made to the prospect then these changes will be copied back to the sales account.
