Summary
This article explains how to load a standard Workshop job.
Loading a Workshop Standard Job
A Standard Workshop Job that can be loaded in as a template that contains job description, information, standard parts and labour for the particular job.
To load a Standard Workshop Job you will need to:
- Create a Workshop job, go to " Workshop Workshop Diary".
- This will show the " Workshop Diary" and currently have today's date highlighted.
- A this point you will need to create a new workshop job.
- This will load up a blank workshop Job. Here Press <F8> to open up the Standard Job screen.
- On the "Reference:" type in the Reference of a Standard job, or search for a reference code by pressing <Shift+F1>.
- Once the job has been brought up, press <F2> to load the job.
- On the "Confirmation Screen" click on [Yes]. This will load up the Standard Workshop Job. All Parts, Labour and Descriptions will now be loaded in.
