Go to " Reports & Settings Maintenance Options System Administrator Platinum Settings Amend Document Formats Workshop Job Card".

  • Here you'll be presented with lots of numbers and "~", these are called "Tokens"
  • About 2/3 down the document you'll find a section that reads something like this:
