More Information

Units: Unit is a general term used to cover all types of vehicle and machinery, including items such as motorcycles, scooters, cars, trucks, vans, caravans, motorhomes, boats, tractors, ATVs, agricultural equipment, wholegoods and construction equipment.

You will need to find the unit that you want to use as a courtesy or loan unit, or create a new unit in the usual way (see this article for detailed help on this.)

  • Go to " Unit Sales Add or Edit Units".
  • Search for the unit or click [Add] on the right hand side of the screen.
  • Once you have found or created the unit, change the "Status" Field to 'COU'.
  • Finally press <Esc> and click [Accept] to save the details.
If the 'COU' status does not exist you can create it by following this article.
