Summary
Reports and charts can be added to custom menus and flagged to be available to Platinum Online.
Some reports may take a long time to gather (more than 1 minute) and result in your internet connection rejecting the request.
This article explains how to disable a report which causes this issue.
More Information
Platinum Online makes your reports and charts available anywhere you have a smart phone with an internet connection. If the report or chart takes longer than one minute to complete your request will time out.
To disable a report or chart:
Go to " Reports & Settings Maintenance Options Add or Edit Custom Menus".
- Find the menu that has the report on it.
- Navigate to the report on that menu.
- Choose 'No' for "Online" for that report, the report will now be excluded from Platinum Online.
- Re-log into Platinum Online to refresh the menu options.
The "Online" option will need to be disabled on 'all' menus that link to that report. You can find all occurrences of the report by keying in the the report "Code" into the filter in the " Custom Menu Properties" program. |
