Summary
The following article outlines how to run a Labour Efficiency Report.
How to run the report
Go into "Workshop Management" -> "Job Reports" -> "Labour Efficiency Report".
- This will show a screen with a number of filters for the report. As standard the report is set run on the default stock depot and will display on screen (see "Screen or Printer : S (S/P)" option) The other filters are as follows:
- "Labour Rate Breakdown : N (Y/N) (Printer Only)" - This option allows you to see a breakdown of labour per job. (This Breakdown will only work when the report is printed).
- "Labour Codes From & To:" - This filter allows you to run the report for a range of employees or if the same labour code is filled in on the from and to it will run for the single employee selected
- "Date From & To:" - This filter allows you to run the report for a range of dates (e.g. 1 month range, 1 week range or if the current day is in from and to will give today's work in progress)
- "Job Numbers From & To:" - This filter is for if you specifically need 1 job/a range of jobs in job number order.
