This article explains how to send service reminders.

Go to "Sales" -> "Vehicle Mailshots".
You will see the list of the Standard Workshop mailshots on the system.
Select either "Vehicle Service Reminder" or "Vehicle Service Reminder+Label" if you need address labels for the Mailshot letters.
Click [Start].
Enter the Name of the Service Manager (or the person who will be signing the letters).
Enter the From and To dates for the service reminders that you want.
Click [Start].
