Summary
This article explains how to allocate the value of a job to multiple centres.
Additional Information
Go into "Logistics Management" -> "Job Data Entry" -> "Add Job Records".
- Create a logistics job, filling in all the relevant details.
- When on the "Centre:" field press <F2> to bring up the Multi Centre Entry screen.
- Enter in the cost centres for this job and the amount you wish to allocate to each centre.
- The "Unallocated" value should be '0.00' when all centres and amounts are entered.
- Press <Esc> when finished and enter any remaining details on the job.
- Press <Esc> and [Accept] when complete to save the job.
