To be able to print out a Workshop Job card you need to be in the Job properties. So you will need to go to "Workshop Management" -> "Workshop Diary".

These Job Cards can hold relevant information about the jobs to be completed by the workshop technicians.

Printing Out a Job Card

Go to " Workshop Workshop Diary".

  • The job should be shown on today's date, but if not, press <Ctrl+F1> to search for the job. Fill in the search criteria to get to the relevant Job. Click on [Search]. This will list Jobs that are in the search criteria. Click on the job that you want.
  • Click on [Edit]. This will take you to the Workshop Job Properties.
  • Once in the properties of the desired Job, press <Shift+F9>.
  • This will then print out the job card for that particular job.

Printing Out multiple Job Cards

Go to " Workshop Job Reports Job Reports Print Multiple Job Card".

  • In "Jobs Starting:" field, enter in the start date of the first job you wish to print.
  • In the "To:" field, enter the date of the last date you want to print.
  • In the "Status:" field, enter the status code for the job status's you want to print, or leave blank for all status's.
  • Pressing <F2> will produce the report.
