Summary

The following article explains how to customise the default colours that are used widely in the system.

List Status Colours

These colours are used to indicate the general status of an item or job to the user and are editable from "Main Menu" -> "Reports and Parameters" -> "Maintenance Options" -> "System Administrator" -> "System Colours" -> "Default Status Colours".

No Action Required

This status indicates to the user that they are not required to take any action on this item or task at this time. It is currently used in the following parts of the system:

  • "Sales Prospecting" -> "Contacts Due"

Action Required Soon

This status indicates to the user that although no action is required at this time, it is likely that some action will need to be taken in the not too distant future. It is currently used in the following parts of the system:

  • "Stock Control" -> "Point of Sale"

Action Optional

This status indicates to the user that action is not a necessity, however you may choose to take action if you wishe. It is currently used in the following parts of the system:

  • "Sales Prospecting" -> "Contacts Due"

Action Required

This status indicates to the user that they are required to take some action on an item or job. It is currently used in the following parts of the system:

  • "Stock Control" -> "Point of Sale"

Urgent Action Required

This status indicates to the user that an item or job is long overdue and requires their urgent attention. It is currently used in the following parts of the system:

This status indicates to the user that the system has automatically taken some action on an item or task. This can usually be overridden by the user. It is currently used in the following parts of the system:
