If after entering a postcode and pressing <Enter>, the address does not appear, there could be a number of reasons why this will happen and these are categorised as follows:

Troubleshooting

Check that the postcode being entered is correct. Platinum does not need the postcode to be in capital letters. Platinum does not need for the postcode to contain a space but it does need the postcode to be correct. Double check that the postcode you are entering is genuine.

Individual Machine does not find Address

If a result does not appear on your machine but it does on a colleague’s machine, check that your terminal is authorised for Postcode Look-up. Contact your Platinum dealer or our support team on 0116 230 1500 or by using our website support contact page with your terminal ID to to check if your terminal is authorised. If you don't know your terminal ID then see Here.

All Machines do not find Address

When no machine receives a postcode look-up result in Platinum your subscription may have finished. To check this go to " Help About Platinum" You will see here if your Postcode is licensed and for how many terminals.

Contact your Platinum dealer or our support team on 0116 230 1500 or by using our website support contact page if your Postcode Look-up is licensed. If your Postcode Look-up is not licensed and you want to get it licensed then see Here.
