Summary
This article explains how to search for a workshop job.

Go to " Workshop Workshop Diary".
- To search for a job, click the [Search] button or press <Ctrl+F1>.
- This will bring up a new screen that will have the various search criteria for a job. These criteria are as follows:
- "Filter On:" - Enter one or more words that you want to filter on - jobs containing the words will be included.
- "Depot:" - Enter the depot filter for the search.
- "Job no.:" - Enter the job number if you know it.
- "Account:" - Enter the customer for the job.
- "[A]" - To use customers/suppliers.
- "'[C]" - To use contacts.
- "Reg. no.:" - Enter the vehicle registration.
- "Vehicle:" - Enter the vehicle code.
- "Status:" - Enter the vehicle status.
- "Quote no.:" - Enter the Quotation/Estimate number for the search.
- "Reference:" - Enter the Reference.
- "Claim no.:" - Enter the Claim Number for the search.
- "Started from:" - Enter the "Job Started" start date for the search.
- "Started to:" - Enter the "Job Started" end date for the search.
- "Due from:" - Enter the "Job Due" start date for the search.
- "Due to:" - Enter the "Job Due" end date for the search.
- "Completed?" - Filter jobs on the state of the job.
- Enter one or more items on which the system can search.
- Click the [Search] button.
The jobs matching your search will appear on a new screen.
