Description

Is this unit a fresh import, which incurs "new unit" V.A.T. rules for its first sale; or, is it a static van or caravan qualifying for V.A.T. only on "removable contents".

Parameters

I/C

A text parameter that can be omitted (it defaults to "I").

Returns the 'Fresh Import' flag (aka V.A.T. Qualifier).

C

Returns the 'Removable Contents V.A.T.able' flag.

Returns

A text value whose typical size is 1 character.
